Dear Michael,

Congratulations on the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library being featured in the 2015 April Issue of the Library Journal. I understand the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library is the first library in Arkansas to be featured by The Library Corporation (TLC).

I want to extend my personal recognition of your outstanding achievement and for your dedication to providing enrichment opportunities to Pine Bluff and Jefferson County residents. Take pride in this great accomplishment and for becoming a national representation of the library community, exemplifying community building and partnering with TLC’s SocialFlow media management and optimization service to enhance online interactions.

I wish you well as you continue to excel in the years to come, and I note your success with my personal congratulations. Again, thank you for your service to the Pine Bluff and Jefferson County community and to the State of Arkansas. Together, we can make a real difference for the next generation.

Sincerely,

Asa Hutchinson
