Mr. Burns Joined TLC in October 2000 as a Sales Development Specialist and was quickly promoted to Automation Consultant. Mr. Burns successfully developed under performing markets early in his career and later was instrumental in validating business concepts leading to the recent success of both CARL•X and Library•Solution for Schools. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University where he minored in Communications.
