LibrarySolution Customers

TLC’s LibrarySolution Support Department, headquartered in Inwood, WV, is staffed with a customer support representative ready to answer your calls LIVE during the following hours. Service requests may be submitted at any time through TLC’s Online Support Center. Customers also have the option of e-mailing TLC’s Support Department. After-hours emergency support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
