TLC has recently partnered with Radix™, to provide a single device management solution for all stakeholders including teachers, students, parents, and IT professionals. TLC establishes a true learning partnership between home and school while streamlining and expanding device access and management.

TLC has a proven track record of providing innovative enterprise technology solutions.

Initially known as MARC Applied Research, TLC’s first product was MARCFICHE, which contained the Library of Congress MARC database on microfiche accompanied by indexes that facilitated retrieval of cataloging records. TLC is the first organization in the world to successfully create a commercial product based on CD-ROM data storage technology, creating a subscription based content service marketed as BiblioFile® and produced the world’s first multi-media CD-ROM OPAC, The Intelligent Catalog. TLC deployed the first personal computers introduced in many libraries and school districts across the country.

TLC produces automated material handling conveyances, self-service kiosks, RFID security infrastructure, personal computers and workstations, laptops, tablets, monitors, and library peripherals. TLC has been deploying and supporting computers in municipalities since the dawn of the PC era. Our 43-year history in the technology industry is a testament to the highest product standards we require from our suppliers and manufacturers.  TLC’s cumulative products are deployed in more than 1,100 organizations, representing over 5,500 locations in North America.
