TLC’s Annual User Group Conference

TLC values the partnerships we have with our customers. It’s who we are. Therefore, we do not charge membership fees for access to be part of the TLC Community (LS•Community and CARL•Community). Our Community platforms include all the information you and your staff will need to make the system work for your needs, including access to other TLC customers and to the product experts at TLC.

TLCU, our annual user conference, is another opportunity to network with fellow librarians, along with learning about software updates and future development. This conference gives you and your library the chance to meet with TLC’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Support, and Customer Success Managers to address personal library needs.

What really makes this conference unique is TLC’s customers, presenting their best practices and sharing their ideas. Plus, each library has the opportunity to serve on the TLCU Steering Committee to help plan this yearly event. TLCU was held in various cities around the US: Tempe, AZ; Louisville, KY; St Louis, MO; and most recently, Salt Lake City, UT.

Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, TLCU is not to be missed. Consider joining the hundreds of librarians that make this conference a yearly practice to learn all they can about the applications they use every day.
